Why have it? 🤷 It’s designed to speed up the get-to-know-you process, acknowledge you as a whole human, help you find the best ways to work together, and create clear agreements.
Relationships matter. It also helps build a strong foundation for psychological safety, so that everyone feels safe speaking up, giving and asking for feedback, admitting mistakes, and sharing ideas.
